Shanghai Duwell New Material Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2011, is the holding parent company of  Shanghai Duwell Technology Co., Ltd., and Hubei Duwell New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and Hongkong Duwell Co., Limited.,It is a high-tech enterprise that provides  whole bonding solutions for emerging industries and has been recognized as a national-level Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Novel "Small Giant" enterprise, and a Minhang District technological "Small Giant".

Since its founding, the company has consistently focused on innovation in adhesive research and development. The R&D team, led by individuals with doctoral and master’s degrees, has established an enterprise technology center, created expert workstations, and undertaken significant district-led technological industrial research projects. The company holds  many  authorized invention patents along with numerous authorized utility model patents. Sustained investment in R&D has provided a solid foundation for continuous innovation in products, earning industry recognition and customer acclaim.

Currently, the company offers seven categories of products, including polyurethane, epoxy, silicone, hot melt, butyl, water-based, and acrylic adhesives. These products are primarily utilized in industries such as photovoltaics, lithium batteries, PVC composite flooring, vehicle compartment composites, and flexible packaging，filter、electronic. Select products have earned the prestigious "UL" and "TUV" certifications, and in certain applications, our products stand at the forefront of the industry with pioneering and advanced technology.

With production bases in both Shanghai and Hubei, the company is able to swiftly meet the demands of clients across various regions. The Shanghai manufacturing facility is located at  Minhang District, Shanghai, while the Hubei facility, situated in Yingcheng City, Xiaogan, Hubei Province, spans over 40,000 square meters and is expected to produce more than 50,000 tons of various adhesives annually. Beyond augmenting production capabilities, the company has incorporated automation control systems such as DCS, MES, and ERP, alongside through management systems likeIATF16949 , the environmental management system standard ISO14001, the professional health and safety management system standard ISO45001 for the management system certification to ensure the quality of the products produced, the quality of the products is reliable and safe, the environment is sustainable, and the physical and mental health of employees is guaranteed.
