In March, with spring bringing warmer weather, our overseas factory project is advancing well. Firstly, the business license and Outward Direct Investment (ODI) registration for Hong Kong Duwell Co., Limited were successfully completed. Secondly, the business license and Board of Investment (BOI) certificate for Thailand DuwellCo., Ltd. were successfully approved. Most crucially, we recently secured 3 rai (approximately 7.2 mu, or 1.18 acres) of industrial-zoned land in Si Racha District, Chonburi Province, Thailand, representing a pivotal step forward in the construction of our Thailand plant.
The completion and commissioning of the Thailand plant will significantly enhance our capabilities and responsiveness in serving overseas customers, expand our market share, and bolster our overall competitiveness.
