Warehousing and logistics

Safe, efficient, and reliable warehousing and logistics are core components of the supply chain. To this end, our company has established a scientific warehouse management system and a flexible and efficient logistics distribution network through multiple measures.

I. Scientific Warehousing, Intelligent Management & Control

Scientific Zoning Management: The warehouse is strictly divided into finished product storage areas, replenishment turnover areas, pending shipment areas, quality inspection review areas, and material quarantine areas, ensuring orderly classification and smooth flow of goods.

Intelligent Environmental Control: The warehouse is equipped with complete temperature control, moisture-proof, dust-proof, ventilation, and fire-fighting facilities. Real-time temperature and humidity monitoring is implemented to ensure that all products are always stored under optimal conditions.

Precise Inventory Management: A three-tier inventory management system of "daily inspection + weekly inventory count + monthly comprehensive inventory count" is implemented to ensure 100% consistency between system records and physical inventory, achieving zero-error inventory management.

Standardized Inbound and Outbound Procedures: All finished products strictly follow the "full inspection upon inbound" and "dual-person verification upon outbound" procedures, ensuring quality control at the source and accuracy at the final stage.

II. Full Traceability, Transparent Information

Batch Management: Each batch of products is accompanied by a detailed batch management label indicating model, batch number, date of manufacture, specification, and qualification number, facilitating unified management and precise scheduling.

One Product, One Code, Full Traceability: Each product is assigned a unique code that runs through the entire process of production, quality inspection, warehousing, and logistics, enabling full production process traceability.

III. Efficient Transportation, Flexible Delivery

Cost and Time Optimization: Optimal logistics routes are systematically planned to save customers time and transportation costs while ensuring delivery timeliness.

Extensive Distribution Network: The service network covers local short-distance transport, intra-provincial direct delivery, and national trunk logistics, meeting distribution needs across different distances and regions.

Stable Shipping Timeliness: Routine orders are processed and stocked quickly. Short-distance delivery supports next-day arrival, while long-distance transport follows stable timeliness routes to ensure on-time delivery.

Full Logistics Tracking: After shipment, logistics tracking information is automatically synchronized, allowing customers to monitor the status of their goods at any time.
